Individualised allied health services delivered by qualified and passionate practitioners. We currently offer counselling, occupational therapy and physiotherapy services and are now recruiting speech pathologists to commence this service soon.

Counselling

Juliana Moravszky
IOE Counsellor Juliana Moravszky

Juliana has a Master of Counselling from Monash University and provides counselling services to all participants with a warm and open attitude practicing a client-led therapeutic style. She has a long history of teaching swimming and uses the skills learnt in educating a survival skill into her counselling; focusing on empathy, compassion, patience and a strengths-based approach. Juliana has a particular interest in working with people who have experienced trauma and anxiety, centering around coping strategies toward autonomous emotional regulation. Juliana is available for sessions from Wednesday to Friday between 9am and 5pm.

Occupational Therapy

Elyse Schoch

Elyse proudly holds a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy from the Australian Catholic University. She specialises in paediatrics with a focus on supporting individuals within the ASD, ID and ADHD communities.

Elyse embraces creativity in her practice and prides herself on providing trauma informed and neurodiverse affirming support. She approaches her sessions in a play and strengths-based manner, celebrating the unique qualities and perspectives of each individual she works with.

She is based in Croydon and available Monday to Thursday – 9am to 5pm and 9 to 12.30pm on Fridays.

Physiotherapy

Sally Kruithoff

Sally holds a Bachelor in Exercise Science and a Bachelor (Hons) in Physiotherapy. Her experience ranges from paediatrics to the aging population. Sally has a particular interest in hydrotherapy and group based exercise classes. She is available for appointments on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 9am to 4pm.

Functional Capacity Assessments

A functional capacity assessment (FCA) is a comprehensive assessment completed by an approved practitioner/allied health clinician which provides information about a participant’s support needs and subsequent funding requirements. The purpose of the FCA is to provide NDIS with evidenced based information about the participant against the following lifestyle domains:

  • Social interaction
  • Self care
