A range of group-based programs to meet an identified need within our community. From school readiness, art therapy, emotional regulation and special interest groups – our team develops new and innovative programs across the year.

Mindful Martial Arts

This seven-week program for people with disability aged 13 to 21 focuses on exploring the world of martial arts while promoting physical wellbeing, energy release and mindfulness practices. If you are interested but fall outside of this age range, please get in touch to discuss.

Art Affect

An eight-week group based art therapy program for people of all ages. Includes qualified art therapist, all materials, an allied health assistant and a progress summary. Based in Ferntree Gully on Wednesday afternoons during school term.

PhysioFIT

A fortnightly functional exercise class for teenagers with disability run by our qualified physiotherapist. All fitness and mobility levels welcome. For all teenagers looking to build on their functional fitness.

Aquamotion

A fortnightly functional strength exercise program in a warm water pool. For people with disability of all ages. Please note there are some restrictions for registrations to ensure the safety of all participants in the water. Please see flyer.
