Services

IOE services can help you enjoy new experiences, have fun and build connections while pursuing your NDIS goals and living life!

Our wide range of programs and services open up respite, recreation and support opportunities for every family member.

We also offer training and other programs which support and increase the skills of our families, volunteers and employees.

All our service hubs sites offer a similar range of programs and services.

Children

Fun activities, new adventures, services and supports to help you grow in confidence and independence. Join other children and volunteers on our group programs or do your own thing.

Adults

Build confidence, increase independence, learn skills, develop social networks and make community connections with IOE’s services for adults.

Whether it’s 1:1 or as part of a group, we’ll work with you and your family to build the right supports and services for you.

Families

Family Support Service programs aim to support and strengthen families through social connection, information sharing, networking and fun activities. Support group programs cater for individual family members – mums, dads and siblings, combined carers and the family as a whole.

Allied Health

Our Allied Health Team aims to provide therapeutic services to NDIS participants in a unique way. Programs and services focus on capacity building within group-based and 1:1 settings, including therapeutic camps, group programs, and personalised interventions in a non-clinical environment that fosters social participation, community inclusion, real connections, and peer support.

Training Services

Interchange Outer East offers a comprehensive program of training in health, safety, and disability related issues to volunteers, casual support workers, staff and families.
