NDIS Plan Management

IOE can manage the financial side of your NDIS plan for you.

As an established, reputable and reliable agency with almost 40 years experience in managing all aspects of disability support funding packages, we will assist you to best utilise your NDIS funds to successfully meet your NDIS plan goals and outcomes.

If plan management has been included and approved in your NDIS plan, we can assist you in the following ways:
  • Receive provider invoices either from you or directly from the provider
  • Claim from the NDIS portal
  • Pay invoices to your providers within 14 days
  • Provide monthly statements showing a summary of expenditure and a breakdown of the budgets remaining
Plan management has many advantages:
  • You can purchase supports from non-NDIS registered providers
  • You don’t have to access the NDIS portal
  • You have someone with knowledge and experience to help you make the most of the funds in your plan
  • You don’t have to worry about the administrative burden of record keeping and reporting
If you have plan management but do not have a support coordination budget included in your plan, IOE can also:
  • Assist you to prepare a budget breakdown of your NDIS funds
  • Establish service agreements with providers

IOE is committed to always acting in your best interests in managing the funds provided in your NDIS plan. We recognise that the NDIS is focussed on what you want and what you need to achieve your goals and get the very best out of your plan.

Note: Plan management is an add-on to your plan and is funded in addition to any supports you are entitled to. It is important to remember to include it when you are making or reviewing your NDIS plan.
