Interchange Outer East

Supporting people with disabilities and their families

Creating Opportunities and Choice

At Interchange Outer East we are committed to the 11 Child Safe Standards, The National Principles for Child Safe organisations and have a zero tolerance to racism. IOE values the protection, safety and wellbeing of children and vulnerable people.

Our Story

For over 35 years Interchange Outer East (IOE) has been delivering disability support that focuses not only the person with a disability but every family member. As a registered NDIS provider we’re ready to help you get the most from your NDIS plan and support you to reach your goals.

Our fundamental difference from other service providers is that family wellbeing and fun are at the core of everything we do. We’re flexible in our approach, we listen to you and your family and work together to develop services that respond to your needs … and have as much fun as possible along the way.

We pride ourselves on having a pragmatic approach to rules and regulations, a commitment to providing the best possible outcomes and a maxim that ‘everything is possible’.

Acknowledgement of Country

We would like to acknowledge the Traditional Owners of the land, the Wurundjeri People of the Kulin Nations, who have looked after this land for a long time. We think it is important to say thank you and show respect to them. We really like the land because it’s where we can play, learn, and have fun. We like the trees, the animals, and the fresh air. The land is like a big playground where we can run and explore. As we grow, we will take care of our special places. Thank you to all Wurundjeri People for sharing your land with us. We promise to be good friends to the land and to each other.
