Family Coordinator

Full time permanent role

HR Administration Officer

Permanent Part Time – 24hrs per week
Interchange Outer East (IOE) is a child safe organisation upholding the right of children and vulnerable people to be free from abuse. All people involved with IOE have the right to feel safe and supported during their involvement with the organisation. At IOE we are passionate about people, creating opportunities and having fun.
We are looking for an experienced administration officer based at our Ferntree Gully site. We support and treasure our team and culture to ensure we have the right approach, attitudes and capabilities to service our stakeholders. The role is a part time position, with some flexibility with the way hours are worked available for the right person. During peak recruitment times, you may be asked to work some additional hours, to be taken as time in lieu.
The job role will include, but is not limited to:
  1. Creating new staff records
  2. Maintaining existing staff records
  3. Maintaining mandatory screening records
  4. Assisting with recruitment drives approx. 4 times per year
What we are looking for:
  1. Proven experience in an administration role
  2. Experience or a keen interest in the area of human resources
  3. Ability to multi task and prioritise workload
  4. Desire and ability to achieve goals and outcomes
  5. Experience in working with databases

Casual Disability Support Workers

Interchange Outer East regularly advertises employment opportunities for casual support workers to work with children and young adults with disabilities on a 1:1 basis or within group programs. If you are passionate about working with people and a firm belief in equality for all, we would love you to work with us.

Attendance at a recruitment information session is compulsory for anyone wishing to apply for these positions and is the only way an application for support work can be lodged.
