Permanent Support Workers – IOE Adult Services

Permanent: 35 hours per week (2 positions)

$49,868 per annum plus generous salary packaging

Are you positive and passionate about supporting people in groups to be involved in a variety of intentional activities and roles alongside others in the community?

Position 1 – We have an exciting opportunity to support a group of people with their work and connections in a rural community. It requires some overnight stays and a whole lot of fun.

Position 2 – This position requires staff to source inclusive opportunities for groups of people within their local community. We are based in Melbourne’s outer east.

Applicants must demonstrate a positive, fun and honest attitude, be passionate about supporting people with disabilities and have a strong commitment to a community where the rights and opportunities are equal for all.

Casual Disability Support Workers

Interchange Outer East regularly advertises employment opportunities for casual support workers to work with children and young adults with disabilities on a 1:1 basis, or within group programs. If you are passionate about working with people and a firm belief in equality for all, we would love you to work with us.

Attendance at a Recruitment Information Session is compulsory for anyone wishing to apply for these positions and is the only way an application  for support work can be lodged.
