Host Volunteers
Would you like to regularly share some time with a child with a disability?
Friend. Mentor. Extended Family
As a host volunteer, we will carefully match you with a child/young adult with a disability with whom you will share your time with on a regular basis, from a few hours to a full weekend each month.
You will be providing them with a home away from home and new experiences amongst your family and friends.
Their own family will have this time to get a break from their carer role and together you each contribute toward breaking down barriers and increasing inclusion within the wider community.
As a host volunteer you do not need to have experience with disability support, just a willingness to open your heart and home to share the care.
