Ryan is an Executive Director of Executive Interim Management (EIM); a firm that provides clients with senior executives on an interim basis to meet a wide range of business challenges.

Ryan works closely with CEOs, business owners, chairs and non-executive directors on sourcing senior interim executives. He has successfully delivered assignments across SME, private equity, multinational, sovereign wealth funds and ASX listed businesses providing senior leadership and talent solutions for his client partners.

Throughout his career, Ryan has regularly advised C-Suite executives and boards across strategic and operational human resource issues including executive reward compensation, employment contracts, management development, succession planning, talent acquisition and retention. Ryan began his career in the executive recruitment industry where he was promoted across numerous countries over 15 years. Ryan is passionate member of the CEO Circle in Melbourne, holds several NFP board positions and commenced his career as a lawyer. He lives on a farm in the Yarra Valley with his wife and family and passes the time spending as much time as possible with friends and family through travel, sport, wine and food.
