Outreach Coordination
Outreach is a coordinated program which helps children with disabilities, who live in the Shire of Yarra Ranges, to access local community social and recreational programs including school holiday activities. Children aged 5 – 12 years of age access activities with the assistance of a support worker provided by Interchange Outer East.
