Celebrating 25 Years of Family Camp

Print Friendly

June 2016 marks the 25th anniversary of Interchange Outer East’s Family Camp.

Family camps have come a long way since the first Family Camp, held in covered wagons at a ranch on Phillip Island. But their relevance and importance is still the same.

Starting March 1, our campaign aim is 100 donors in 100 days, each donating $25 to celebrate 25 years. That’s $2500 – the cost for 2 families to attend camp.

Despite being one of the most valued, loved and attended events on the Interchange Outer East calendar, the program receives no ongoing funding. It is dependent on donors, supporters and philanthropists for funding.

For many families our bi-annual Family Camps mean time to relax, reconnect, recharge and have fun as a family unit. A rare opportunity, often unattainable elsewhere but so desperately needed.

So get on board our campaign. Donate $25 to help celebrate 25 years, or another amount of your choosing.

Your donation will help us continue the IOE tradition that is Family Camp!
