Part-time 22.5 hrs per week. Maternity leave position – 12 months.  Salary: $40k – $45k p/a.

This position is responsible for coordinating the registration and intake of new families to Interchange Outer East.

The position also includes a component of support coordination under the NDIS guidelines. This role will provide families with support and information about Interchange Outer East and other services, to meet their individual needs as specified in their plan.

15hrs per week (working days Monday and Tuesday each week).  12 month maternity leave position.

An opportunity exists for a part time Administration Assistant to focus on rostering staff for family and program supports in both the Adult Services and Children and Family Services teams at Interchange Outer East.

Interchange Outer East is seeking a positive and experienced disability support worker for a number of shifts within the Croydon area, to support a young, adult female.

Part time shift times vary between 7am-3pm, 3 – 8pm and 8pm (overnight)- 7am, the latter as a sleep-over shift with potential for some wakeful periods. Shifts will predominantly be during the week and Saturday overnights.
