Experience is preferred but not necessary - although it is essential to have a positive attitude and a desire to empower individuals

As a Support Worker with IOE's Flexible Care Program you can:

Enjoy working hands on with individuals to allow them the opportunity to expand their horizons
Work on a casual basis
Work flexible hours
Work weekends or during and after school hours

Have the opportunity to work extra hours during school holiday periods
Gain experience in a variety of settings and situations
Increase your knowledge of disabilities

Support Worker Requirements

all the documentation listed below must be in hand for employment to commence

A current Police Check
A current Working With Children Check - employment specific
A current Certificate in First Aid Level 2. Interchange also offers this training to support workers once employment has commenced
A current Drivers License and regular access to a suitable vehicle

Recreation Cordinator The recreation and family services team are inviting applications for a 38 hour position (or 2 part time positions) as a recreation coordinator. The role includes coordinating both adult and children’s programs and requires a person who is enthusiastic about supporting families and individuals to achieve the life they want.
