Our Youth Group and Adult Rec team combined last weekend for an awesome high country camp.  It was hard to leave  our picturesque campsite of  Camp Howqua, where  there was stacks to do,  dodging kangaroos to check out the swing bridge over the Howqua River, and playing basketball and footy on the expansive grounds.

But eventually we did what we came to do. Half of the group took the bus and some snow chains and headed up to Mt Stirling for some tobogganing, snowball fights and general shenanigans in the snow. The other half of the group took the 4WDs and did some exploring around Howqua, Jamieson and Mansfield; testing out the vehicles as well as the passengers!

This big day was followed by some delicious slow cooked dinner at the campsite before sleeping in the next day and heading back home!
