
Interchange Outer East is a community based, non profit program, which provides support to families, who have a child or a young person with a disability, living in Melbourne’s outer eastern regions of Knox, Maroondah and Yarra Ranges.
We provide support through a range of quality respite, recreational and social programs, with the help of volunteers. Programs offered include a volunteer host carer program, camps, school holiday programs, outreach program, weekend recreation programs for children, pre teens, teenagers and young adults, a sibling program, support programs for parents and families and funded respite services.
Interchange is available to all children and young people with disabilities.
