Welcome to Interchange Outer East
Interchange Outer East provides programs and services to families of children and young adults with disabilities who live in the outer eastern suburbs of Melbourne. Services include respite care, recreation based services and post school options.
Interchange Outer East provides opportunities for all community members to contribute through a range of volunteering options. Through volunteering community members gain skills, connect with others and contribute to individual’s lives.
Interchange actively works to make connections with other community agencies, businesses and groups to foster a sense of inclusion and to create more opportunities for people to connect with their community.
